Simply fill out the contact form on our website. A Weave Washed™ representative will respond within 24 hours to begin your registration process.

What happens after I submit my contact information?

You'll receive a quick questionnaire asking about your hair type, extension details, and information regarding your next hair appointment. This helps us ensure we can get your hair back to you within your desired timeframe.

How long does the cleaning process take?

We ask all customers to allow 3-5 business days once we receive your extensions for them to be cleaned and returned. This timeframe ensures thorough, quality care for your hair.

What if I need my hair back sooner?

If you need your extensions returned faster than the standard 3-5 business days, expedited service is available for an additional charge. This fee covers both expedited processing and shipping to meet your timeline.

What happens if my hair can't be salvaged?

If our specialists determine that your extensions cannot be restored, a Weavologist will contact you immediately about the condition of your hair. Your extensions will be returned to you right away, and a $25 fee will be retained to cover shipping and labor costs associated with the assessment.

I have colored hair extensions. Will the color be maintained?

If your hair has been colored, we cannot guarantee that the specific coloring will be maintained during the cleaning process. Color-treated extensions may experience some fading or color shift.

What are the risks I should know about?

Weave Washed™ uses professional-grade products to clean and restore your extensions. However, we are not responsible for damaged hair, and you use our services at your own risk. Our cleaning products may cause reactions in individuals with sensitivities or allergies to certain ingredients.

All customers must sign a waiver acknowledging that:
